Pulse and pilot valves developed by Maniks are for reverse pulse jet bag filters, offering precisely engineered product of market need. Pulse valve has just one moving part, the diaphragm. The unique spring less construction provides fast opening & closing of valve. The high speed operation besides saving of compressed air, helps to provide shock air wave for dislodging of dust from filter bags. High flow, long life and fast diaphragm action produce reliable & economical operation

Solid State Sequential Controller designed by MANIKS, to operate the MANIKS pilot valves used on dust collector equipment. Light emitting diodes ( LEDs ) provide visual indication of which pilot valve is being energized as well as “Powar On “ indication. The number of sequenced steps is adjustable from 2 through 10.

Controls are provided t adjust the length of time between valves being energized ( Pulse Frequency ) and the length of time that the valve is energized ( Pulse Duration ). Silicon semiconductor components control all timing and logic functions.
